Payment

To ensure security of the credit card information required for processing your order, we process all payments through the Authorize.net Payment Gateway. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information regarding how we protect your credit card information.

Packaging & Shipping

Protecting your framed art and mirrors during shipping is important to us. We work with experts in packaging and shipping to ensure your merchandise arrives safely and quickly.  If you experience damage due to shipping please contact us at customerservice@artome.com for help in replacing your piece.

Delivery of Product

Once your order is placed, we will begin processing it right away. During checkout, you will determine the best shipping method available to ensure its safe and timely delivery to you. If you are in the Atlanta areas and would like to pick up product at our offices, that option can be arranged as well. Please contact us at customerservice@artome.com to arrange for your personal pickup.

Product Return

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with the condition and quality of your purchase from Artomé. If for some reason your product is damaged or flawed, except in the case of damage during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a pick up and will then process an order for a replacement. If you wish to return your product, 70% of the initial payment will be refunded back to you and 30% will be kept as a restocking fee.

Risk of Loss

All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipping contract, with the exception of orders scheduled for pick up at our offices. The risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the shipper/carrier. If damages occur during shipment, please contact the shipper to process your claim. For orders scheduled for pick up, risk of loss passes to you upon taking possession at the Artomé offices.

Product Descriptions and Quality

We will provide descriptions of the products available on the web site to the best of our ability.  In addition, we have taken great care to ensure the photographs of the products we sell on the site are accurate. Please be aware that because of the nature of our product and variations in computer monitor settings, there could be small differences in the colors viewed on your monitor and the actual color of the art, mat and framing products ordered.

All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights in all products and materials and content on this web site are property of Artomé, unless otherwise specified. Any unauthorized use of this property is prohibited and subject to prosecution.
